We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Tangier, Morocco
Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service:
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers in Dutch.
- Effectively handle inquiries and requests: Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
Resolve issues and complaints:
Work collaboratively with customers to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
Deliver accurate information:
Provide clear and concise answers to customer questions about products or services.
Maintain data accuracy:
Utilize CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions and data.
Perform administrative tasks:
Assist with administrative duties as needed. -
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound customer service or a similar role.
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and eager to learn. -
