Project Manager Role

This position is responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

  • New club developments, including land acquisition, permitting, and construction.
  • Club remodels and expansions, involving site planning, design, and implementation.
  • New club gas facilities, requiring coordination with real estate directors and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in the field.

Key qualifications include:

  • General knowledge of land use planning and civil engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with retail site design, including soils, drainage, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
  • Awareness of legal and environmental issues related to land development.
