As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. This includes overseeing new club locations, remodels, expansions, and gas facilities.
You will assist and coordinate with real estate directors for the hiring of consultant teams, represent the company's interests in public meetings and hearings, and facilitate complete project approvals from state, federal, and local municipalities.
Your expertise will be utilized to develop construction documentation that aligns with the company prototype, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with the project team to maintain current schedules and budgets, reporting updates as needed to real estate directors.
You will also support real estate directors in developing conceptual site plans and establishing project feasibility, preliminary construction budgets, and schedules.
In addition, you will attend working sessions and public hearings with state and local municipality staff to review projects and prepare for public hearings.
