We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass Repair Professional to join our team. As an Auto Glass Repair Professional, you will be responsible for repairing vehicle glass defects, providing outstanding customer service, and adhering to industry-leading safety protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

• Repair vehicle glass defects using advanced technology and techniques.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.

• Ensure timely completion of repairs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with lifting windshields weighing 26-50 pounds.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, bend, and twist body.

• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Ability to read, write, and interpret English language and technical directions.

• Ability to communicate orally and written through phone and computer/electronic means.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company uniform and PPE policies.
