We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Glass Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Vehicle Glass Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing vehicle glass defects, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to industry-leading standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Repair vehicle glass defects using industry-leading technology and techniques.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely completion of repairs, communicating effectively with customers, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Follow industry-leading safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the repair area and surrounding areas.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with lifting windshields weighing 26-50 pounds.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, bend, and twist body.

• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Ability to read, write, and interpret English language and technical directions.

• Ability to communicate orally and written through phone and computer/electronic means.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company uniform and PPE policies.
