Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Worcester, Massachusetts.

">About the Role
">This is a 13-week contract with a 36-hour per week schedule, working 12-hour shifts, days only.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
">Responsibilities
">The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities, and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
">- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation therapy services, including exercises, activities, and education to patients and their families
">- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
">- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes
">Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you will need:
">- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
">- Current licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state
">- Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment
">- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
