This position involves providing expert technical support to customers, ensuring seamless installation, maintenance, and evaluation of equipment and systems. You will be responsible for determining priorities, scheduling tasks, and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools, processes, and data repositories. Your expertise will also be utilized to estimate, plan, and review technical tasks, supporting overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent troubleshooting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, and strong communication abilities. A relevant university degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Imagery expertise.
