This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pallet Coordinator. As a key member of our Distribution Center team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and tracking of pallets, coordinating with warehouse staff and external vendors to maintain optimal workflows, and contributing to process improvements to optimize the efficiency of pallet and waste stream operations.
You will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and managing pallet quantities, movements, and conditions, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed, and inputting pallet-related data into warehouse management systems (WMS) and databases. You will also generate reports on trailers, discrepancies, and waste stream metrics, communicate load status and scheduling updates with external vendors, and support process improvements to optimize the efficiency of pallet and waste stream operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in warehouse management systems, Excel, and Google Sheets, and has a basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
