Pallet Coordinator

As a Pallet Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement and tracking of pallets within our Distribution Center.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with warehouse staff and external vendors to maintain optimal workflows.

You will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and managing pallet quantities, movements, and conditions. Additionally, you will coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate pallet handling, operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed, and input pallet-related data into warehouse management systems (WMS) and databases.

Key responsibilities include generating reports on trailers, discrepancies, and waste stream metrics, supporting process improvements to optimize the efficiency of pallet and waste stream operations, and communicating load status and scheduling updates with external vendors to ensure timely trailer pickups.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in warehouse management systems, Excel, and Google Sheets, and has a basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
