Cured Meats Specialist

We are seeking an experienced cured meats specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging special orders and party trays, receiving and inspecting deli shipments, and displaying, stocking, rotating, and storing deli products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.

You will also provide assistance to customers in selecting the correct products and answer their questions about deli items.

Additionally, you will maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli department, ensure that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have work experience in a deli department, prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales, knowledge of deli products, and excellent communication skills.
