We are seeking a Remote Product Support Specialist to join our global team.

About the role:

  • As a Remote Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SaaS customer service or call center experience.

  • 3+ years of Technical Support experience.

  • Experience with writing SQL queries and understanding complex data models.
