International Care Coordinator

The Associate International Case Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily operations of the International Patient Center. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills to support patients, internal teams, and external departments. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing information requests, referrals, forms, and other related data.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake processes, reviewing, screening, verifying, and recording patient information from admission to completion of care in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Process referrals for continuing care services, including durable medical equipment, patient transfer, or extended care facility beds to the appropriate agency.
- Serve as liaison between patients, internal teams, and external departments to ensure accurate referrals are in place for ongoing care.
- Communicate with patients and/or family members regarding information, forms, and other related data.
Key Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum one year of experience working in healthcare, customer service, language services, or hospitality is necessary. Fluency in English is required, with a second language (Arabic) strongly preferred.
