We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the growth of our Oncology, Hematology and Injectable portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning and market share in targeted therapeutic areas.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop training programs and promotional tools that support commercial objectives.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform brand strategy and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, or Marketing.
- Experience: 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong preference for Oncology and/or injectable products.
- Prior experience in Oncology, Hematology and Injectable is highly valued.
