We are seeking an experienced and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. As a champion and SME for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, you will drive the adoption of new features and technology.
Job Description:- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and be a champion for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform.
- Drive the adoption of new features and technology in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including appropriate architect-level certifications.
- Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.) and relevant certifications.
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migration, cut-over planning and go-live support.
- Experience working with offshore development teams and Agile methodology.
- Design and develop domain-specific implementations that leverage Dynamics 365 functionality to provide a competitive advantage.
- Identify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team, coach other team members and help reduce skills gaps.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations on business knowledge, skills and behaviour.
