Facilities Care Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and skilled individual to fill the role of Maintenance Worker. This position involves ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and professional appearance of our facilities by performing various general maintenance tasks, painting, and minor repairs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean various areas of the company (offices, common areas, restrooms, manufacturing facilities, etc.) in accordance with established standards;

• Carry out painting work to refresh workspaces, correct imperfections, and improve the overall visual appearance of the premises;

• Perform small repairs and manual tasks (reinstalling shelves, adjusting furniture, minor maintenance);

• Keep areas clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors;

• Collaborate with the building maintenance team to support their activities when needed;

• Adapt quickly to changing and urgent demands in a fast-paced environment;

• Manage one's own schedule autonomously and prioritize tasks according to needs.

Working Conditions:

• Day shift schedule (flexible based on projects or occasional urgent needs);

• Work in various environments (offices, plants, warehouses);

• Equipment provided according to tasks to be performed.

Requirements:

• Strong manual skills and practical sense;

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and commitment to quality work;

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

• Good physical condition and willingness to work hard;

• Positive attitude, versatility, and team spirit;

• Experience in painting or general maintenance (an asset).
