About Our Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the food industry.

In this position, you'll be responsible for managing top and bottom lines, assuming a lead role for all Givaudan activities, and cultivating customer relationships with key decision-makers. You'll also develop, communicate, and implement strategic account development plans, sales forecasts, and budgets for key accounts, with clear KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
  • Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
  • Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
  • Develop, communicate, and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIs
  • Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • University degree
  • 4-6 years successful sales, marketing, or customer relationship experience in food or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills to develop ADPs
  • Thorough knowledge of customers and competition
  • Possesses thorough understanding of profitability goals for key accounts
