Physical Therapist Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Worcester, MA. As a Physical Therapist in this Skilled Nursing Facility setting, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Provide expert therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals and regain optimal function.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention techniques to promote ongoing health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- BLS/CPR certification.
