We're seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all development activities according to established procedures with minimal supervision. Your expertise in engineering documentation, benchmarking, and coordinating the creation of prototypes will drive innovation and growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation
  • Conduct thorough benchmarking activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate the creation of prototypes from project initiation to final product delivery
  • Analyze finished products, draw conclusions, and implement improvements
  • Ensure high-quality production components by conducting quality checks and creating reports
  • Input data into DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for informed decision-making
  • Perform ME (Manufacturing Engineering) activities, prepare cost estimates, and review test reports
  • Create and perform tests for production machines, develop procedures, and test requirements
  • Address simple production problems, conduct on-the-job training, and improve analytical tools
  • Monitor market trends and conditions, participate in drafting technical specifications, and maintain constant contact with customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
  • 2–5+ years of professional experience
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective time management and task/project execution
  • Experience in manufacturing process development, especially in automotive or similar industry
  • Solid understanding of technical knowledge and design principles
  • High level of analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
