Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist

The role involves working with diverse teams to drive excellence in manufacturing technologies, processes, and methods. You will contribute to the development of new products and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Support project execution, including capacity studies, equipment ordering, and staff training.
- Define and review manufacturing lot sizes (EOQs) to optimize production efficiency.
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes and create process documentation according to ISO-9001 standards.
- C coordinate the introduction of engineering changes and new products.
- Implement KPI and reporting standards, monitor OEE, scrap rate, and line efficiency, and lead action plans to enhance these metrics.
- A Master's degree in industrial engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in overmolding and cable assembly.
- Advanced communication skills in English.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
