Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team for a travel position in Boston, Massachusetts. As a travel Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with varying levels of physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
