Occupational Therapy Assistant - Travel Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team for a travel position in Boston, Massachusetts. As a travel Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with varying levels of physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
