Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Operations Team:

  • Document Verification and Application Processing: Accurately scrutinize and collect visa applications to ensure compliance.
  • Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash and bank-related transactions with utmost care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of all application data entered into the system.
  • Logistics and Administration: Coordinate seamless passport delivery to consulate/logistic companies, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to manuals and guidelines without deviating from established processes.
  • Value Added Services: Inform applicants about available services and facilitate their delivery to customers.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing World Bank Projects.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimize resource utilization and adhere to environmental health and safety policies.
