As a Seasonal Repair Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality vehicle glass repairs
- Managing work orders, customer documentation, and customer communication through mobile resource management technology
- Cleaning customer vehicles during wait/idle time and performing additional housekeeping tasks in company vehicles and shop
- Safely operating company and customer vehicles, company-issued tools, and chemicals used throughout the workday
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid state-issued driver's license and any other licenses required by federal, state, and local laws to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with lifting windshields weighing 26-50 pounds
