In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing spectacles and other optical products to meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologists, providing advice and assistance to patients with various types of lenses and spectacle frames.

Responsibilities
  • Verify order data entry and ensure accuracy of Rx information.
  • Complete order filing procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Accountabilities
  • Takes measurements and selects frames for Rx power.
  • Reads prescriptions on the lensometer and notifies customers of product readiness.
