Technical Sales Expert for Engineering Solutions

Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Fox Point Recruitment LLC. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales skills and a passion for fostering strong client relationships in the engineering field.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote and sell engineering products and services effectively.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, securing contracts for engineering projects and building lasting relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and sales target achievements.
• Achieve Sales Targets by closing, servicing, and expanding the current customer base through negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Conduct market studies, build reports, and analyze data to support decision-making and provide suggestions for the sales manager.
• Prepare technical offers and prices quotations.
• Travel regularly to regional customers and attend international machine exhibitions.
• Process all payments efficiently.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and 3-6 years of experience, preferably in packaging machines and technical sales.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer focus and excellent negotiation skills.
• Must own a car and be ready to join immediately.
• Self-confident and charismatic personality.
• Excellent English language proficiency.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
