Technical Sales Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling engineering products and services to our clients.

Main Accountabilities:

• Promote and sell engineering products and services to existing and new clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue growth.
• Secure contracts for engineering projects by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.
• Achieve sales targets by closing deals, servicing, and expanding the current customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building with clients.
• Market studies, data analysis, and report preparation to support sales decisions.
• Prepare technical offers and prices quotations for clients.
• Regularly travel to regional customers to build strong relationships and close deals.
• Attend international machine exhibitions to network and promote our products.
• Process client payments and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in packaging machines and technical sales.
• Strong customer focus and excellent negotiation skills.
• Must own a car and be ready to join immediately.
• Self-confident and charismatic personality.
• Excellent English language skills.
