Senior Test Engineer Job Opportunity

This pivotal role involves leading the testing efforts for software products, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with a proven track record in a Senior Test Engineer role is essential.

Key responsibilities include designing test strategies, developing robust test cases, executing comprehensive testing plans, and mentoring junior team members. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early, enhance product quality, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, solid knowledge of manual testing techniques, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also necessary to effectively articulate issues and solutions to stakeholders.
