Pallet Operations Specialist

The Pallet Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the Distribution Center, responsible for managing pallet operations with accuracy and efficiency.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with warehouse staff and external vendors to maintain optimal workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Pallet Tracking and Management: Monitor, record, and manage pallet quantities, movements, and conditions. Maintain accurate records of trailers and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely pallet handling.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input pallet-related data into warehouse management systems and databases. Generate reports on trailers, discrepancies, and waste stream metrics to support process improvements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with leadership to align labor needs with business demands. Communicate load status and scheduling updates with external vendors for efficient trailer pickups.
