Fresh Food Specialist

The job requires a highly skilled Category Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the Fresh & Ultra fresh categories. This includes analyzing market trends, defining listings, and negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Retail/Groceries as a category manager or in FMCG in Sales/Account Management positions. They will also possess strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be fluent in French and Arabic, with additional language skills being a plus. They will be comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with a fast pace.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Senior Category Buyer to manage mid-sized vendor relationships, review contract terms and conditions, and implement marketing campaigns inside the App.

• Manage the MFCs assortment from end-to-end
• Help define the assortment strategy and identify opportunities for improvement
• Negotiate and secure marketing funds per the market requirements and company needs
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure they are favorable to the business interests

• 2+ years of experience in Retail/Groceries or FMCG in Sales/Account Management positions
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
• Fluent in French and Arabic, with additional language skills being a plus
