We're on the lookout for an analytical and operationally skilled individual to join our team as a Partner Operations Analyst. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth by optimizing partner performance, identifying operational bottlenecks, and streamlining processes.

About You- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insights into actions.
- You're willing to travel and spend time on the ground with partners to understand their operations.
- You have clear and confident communication skills in English, with Arabic being a strong plus.
- You possess a sense of ownership, taking initiative to get things done and follow through until results are achieved.
- You have solid understanding of SQL, with hands-on experience writing queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- You're proficient in Google Docs and MS Office.
