The primary responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating deals with clients.

  • Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM.
  • Attend trade shows inter-state (if required).
  • Deliver customer presentations and proposals to secure new business.
  • Maintain awareness of industry legislation and best practices.
  • Provide regular updates on sales leads to Senior Management.

Key skills for this role include:

  • 5-10 years of relevant IT software sales experience in the region
  • Proven track record in selling applications/software products to corporates
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Global perspective and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Fluency in English
