Our organization seeks a diligent professional to provide financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. This position requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers
  • Consolidate and analyze actual results/forecasts/budgets
  • Conduct monthly plant reviews
  • Analyze product/conversion/material productivity
  • Drive freight/inventory reductions
  • Support capital investments

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills to interact with different levels and functions of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance/Controlling or similar
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Controlling, budgeting, and forecasting with operational experience
  • Fluent English (verbal/written)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate, systematic, and independent work style
