Moroccan Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Moroccan Recruitment Consultant to join our team and manage the full hiring process for the local market.

With a strong background in recruitment, sales, or sourcing, you will be responsible for collaborating with managers to determine recruitment needs in the local market, advertising job openings on relevant platforms, sourcing potential candidates, and screening them to ensure they meet the required qualifications.

You will also organize and conduct initial interviews, build lasting relationships with past and potential candidates, and track candidates throughout the hiring process until their placement with the client.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience working in the Moroccan market and possess a deep understanding of its dynamics. You will collaborate with an international recruitment network, work remotely with flexibility, and earn attractive fees based on local market standards and placements.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment, sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Knowledge of the Moroccan market.
• Languages: French at C2 level and English at B2 level (minimum).
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of €25-35 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Morocco while enjoying a flexible schedule.
