Employment Opportunity for a Skilled Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to join our team and manage the full hiring process for the local market. If you have experience in the Moroccan market, this is your chance to collaborate with an international recruitment network, work remotely with flexibility, and earn attractive fees based on local market standards and placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with managers to determine recruitment needs in the local market by leveraging industry insights and trends.
  • Develop and execute effective advertising strategies to promote job openings on relevant platforms for the Moroccan market.
  • Source potential candidates via online channels such as social media and professional networks, utilizing advanced search techniques to identify top talent.
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications, focusing on technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Organize and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, utilizing structured questioning techniques to evaluate responses.
  • Build lasting relationships with past and potential candidates by maintaining open communication channels and providing regular updates on the hiring process.
  • Track candidates throughout the hiring process until their placement with the client, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment, sales, cold calling, or sourcing, preferably in the BPO sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Moroccan market, including its unique characteristics and nuances.
  • Languages: Fluency in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level) is essential.
  • Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional platforms is necessary for success.
  • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week to dedicate to recruitment activities.
