Factory Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead our flour production team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factories and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

• Production Oversight: Ensure that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Team Management: Manage and develop a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production meets the demands of the market.
• Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Background: Strong background in Flour production is a must.
• Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
• Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
