About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Factories to lead our flour factory operations in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our flour factories to ensure high-quality production and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure production meets market demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
  • Manage production budgets and expenses effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong background in flour production is essential.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
