Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes working closely with real estate directors and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new club locations, remodels, and expansions.\
\
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, land use planning, and regulatory agency/municipal approval processes. They will be familiar with retail site design, including soils, drainage, environmental, and other related activities. Furthermore, they will have knowledge of legal and environmental issues related to land development.\
\
**Key Responsibilities:**\
\
* Oversee assigned projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion\
* Collaborate with real estate directors to hire Consultant teams\
* Represent the company's interests in public meetings and hearings\
* Secure complete project approvals from State, Federal, and local municipalities\
* Develop construction documents in line with company prototype, budget, and schedule requirements\
\
**Requirements:**\
\
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required\
* 2-3 years' experience in the field\
* Retail Corporate or Civil Engineering Design firm experience preferred\
* Familiarity with land use planning/civil engineering principles and Regulatory Agency/Municipal approval process\
\
