Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Anesthesia Discipline: CRNA Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 16 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible Employment Type: Local Contract Location: Lawrence, MA Start Date: ASAP (Post-Credentialing) Duration: Ongoing Position Overview Schedule: Monday–Friday Shifts available: 8s, 10s, 16s, and 24s Call: Optional weeknight and weekend call Overtime: Offered Compensation & Benefits Travel & Lodging: Flights: Booked by Amergis Rental Car/Mileage: $250 weekly stipend Lodging: $137/day (covers day before, days worked, and day after shift) Meals: Stipend for days worked only Qualifications Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Licensure: MA (will license qualified candidates) Experience: New graduates welcome Residency Requirement: Must reside 60 miles from the facility Include the address being used in the candidate write-up Case Types General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics Proficiency Required: OB and healthy pediatric cases Facility Details Anesthesia Rooms: 10 Supervision Model: MDs supervise CRNAs (1:3 ratio) EMR System: IPRO and paper charting Interview & Onboarding Interview: Conducted by Site Chief Privileging Timeline: ~60 days (committee-based review) Vaccination Requirements: COVID vaccine not specified; flu vaccine required
