Local Contract CRNA - Anesthesia

Job Description:

Specializing in Anesthesia, Amergis Healthcare Staffing Inc is seeking a highly skilled CRNA for a local contract position in Massachusetts.

  • Duration: 26 weeks with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Flexible scheduling with shifts available from 8 to 24 hours, including optional call and overtime opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation package includes:

  • Flights booked by the employer.
  • $250 weekly stipend for rental car/mileage.
  • $137 daily lodging allowance (covers day before, days worked, and day after shift).
  • Stipend for meals on days worked only.
Qualifications & Certifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Licensure in the state of MA.
  • Experience as a CRNA with new graduates welcome to apply.
Benefits Requirement:

Candidates must reside within 60 miles from the facility and meet the following requirements:

  • Anesthesia Rooms: 10.
  • Supervision Model: MDs supervise CRNAs in a 1:3 ratio.
  • EMR System: IPRO and paper charting.

Please note that vaccination requirements include flu vaccine.
