About the Role – Account Management Executive

We are looking for a proactive and client-obsessed Account Management Executive to drive client success with AI projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with global media brands and help them shape the future of AI adoption in their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Management Executive, you will:

  • Guide clients from initial engagement to full-scale adoption of AI Agents.
  • Own onboarding, account planning, and stakeholder communications across multiple accounts.
  • Design and experiment with AI Agents, ensuring deployments are aligned with client objectives and optimised through controlled experiments.
  • Monitor and interpret performance metrics to assess impact, refine strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Run strategic reviews to shape long-term AI strategies.
  • Collaborate with Bridged Media's sales and technology teams to evolve sales strategy and align client solutions.
  • Translate client feedback into product insights and feature recommendations.
  • Track renewals and proactively address churn risks.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting, ideally within SaaS or media-tech.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts/stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with C-level and operational teams.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and translate product functionality into business value.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to guide strategy and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
  • Self-starter with structured approach to goals and timelines.
