Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Casablanca. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing top-notch customer service, and employing strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market conditions. The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction with Markets Index's solutions and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Key Accounts, and Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and understand market trends
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant experience in data-driven industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
