We're now looking for a
Communications & Marketing Coordinator

based in
Casablanca

to help amplify our presence in the market. This is a foundational role (our first hire in Morocco) and an exciting opportunity to shape how we communicate with the world. You'll manage our brand voice, handle public relations, grow our digital presence, and represent BIASafe in conversations with clients, partners, and media.

We're looking for someone who combines strong communication instincts with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and comfortable moving between high-level planning and day-to-day marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and participation in industry events.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities.
  • Draft and edit marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute outreach campaigns for clients and partners.
  • Manage and grow BIASafe's social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) through consistent, high-quality content.
  • Track performance metrics across marketing channels and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and visual materials.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback on product UX and potentially assist with interface design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
    (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR (ideally in tech, finance, or startups).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    English and French

.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Confident representing the company in professional and client-facing settings.
- Experience organizing or participating in events, conferences, or partnerships.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI, fintech, or data-driven products is a plus.
