Guest Experience Coordinator– Conciergerie Airbnb (Casablanca)

Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Guest Experience Coordinator pour rejoindre notre équipe et gérer la communication avec les clients après la confirmation de leur réservation.

Tu seras le lien entre nos voyageurs et nos équipes internes afin d'assurer un séjour sans faute.

Tes missions principales :


• Gérer la communication avec les clients après la réservation (messages de bienvenue, coordination du check-in et du check-out, assistance durant le séjour, suivi après départ).


• Coordonner les équipes de ménage et de maintenance pour garantir des appartements toujours prêts et conformes aux standards.


• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes liées aux séjours.


• Remonter toute information importante ou besoin particulier à la direction.


• Participer à l'amélioration continue de la satisfaction client et des process internes.

Profil recherché :


• Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et parlé).


• Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel obligatoires (déplacements entre appartements).


• Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.


• Personne sérieuse, réactive, autonome et orientée service client.


• Une expérience en conciergerie, hôtellerie ou gestion Airbnb/Booking est un atout.
