As part of the ongoing development of the team , we are looking to recruit someone to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of the EV24 Department , we are recruiting a Sales Assistant to strengthen customer follow-up and support the EV24 team on a daily basis.

  1. Customer and prospect follow-up

  2. Respond to messages on WhatsApp, email and other channels.

  3. Understanding customer needs and providing them with the right information.
  4. Ensure regular follow-up until conversion.

  5. CRM Management and Updates

  6. Capture all interactions in the CRM.

  7. Update the statuses of prospects and clients.
  8. Ensure rigorous follow-up on each request.

  9. Sales support (closing)

  10. Help prepare quotes, commercial offers and documents.

  11. Supporting the EV24 Manager in closing sales.

  12. Re-engage prospects and follow up on opportunities.

  13. Content writing

  14. Write short messages or content for WhatsApp Channel, LinkedIn or email.

  15. Help prepare standardized responses and information for customers.

  16. Administrative tasks

  17. Document preparation, file updates, administrative follow-ups.

  18. Simple order and delivery tracking.
  19. General support for the daily operations of the EV24 team.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Excellent sense of organization and rigor.
  • Comfortable with office tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support or in the automotive/green energy sector is a plus.
  • Motivation, dynamism and a desire to progress in a stimulating environment.
