Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? As a
Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international talent acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers and candidates across multiple markets. This is the perfect opportunity to grow into a trusted recruitment advisor while building strong business and stakeholder management skills.

Your Role

  • Manage the 
    end-to-end recruitment process
     for selected roles, from crafting job descriptions to extending offers
  • Proactively source
     top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Screen candidates
     and lead structured first-round interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers
     to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate interviews
    , manage feedback, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Keep the 
    applicant tracking system (ATS)
     accurate and pipelines organized
  • Support 
    employer branding initiatives
     and represent the company at recruitment events
  • Share market insights and contribute to 
    continuous process improvements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 
    1 year of experience
     in recruitment (internships included)
  • Fluent in English and French
    , both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset and genuine passion for people and talent development
  • Familiarity with 
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    , ATS tools, or sourcing techniques is a plus
