The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our TA team by managing the end to end recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that drives our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies, with a focus on commercial roles.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally financial services industries.
- Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively in both English and Franch.
