What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?

  • Be present at the arrivals hall whilst our customers' baggage is being delivered.
  • Be responsible for welcoming our customers as they arrive at the airport for their return journey home.
  • You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and make sure they provide a warm and friendly check in service issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures.
  • You will also assist at the boarding gates working with our colleagues and Third-party handler to make sure our flight departs on time.
  • Provide fantastic customer service to our customers.

Previous experience in the airline industry is required for this position
- as well as excellent
communication skills, being fluent in both English and Moroccan Arabic is required.
