Sales & Growth Lead

Développer le chiffre d'affaires en pilotant l'ensemble du processus commercial et en orientant la stratégie marketing par des idées et retours terrain

Responsabilités principales

1 Commercial & Ventes (cœur du poste)

  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet : lead → rendez-vous → closing
  • Prendre et mener les rendez-vous commerciaux
  • Comprendre les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Négocier les offres et conclure les ventes
  • Assurer les relances et le suivi des prospects
  • Gérer et mettre à jour le pipeline commercial
  • Développer et entretenir la relation client
  • Suivre et reporter les performances commerciales

2 Orientation marketing (idéation uniquement)

  • Proposer des angles marketing, messages et offres
  • Donner des idées de campagnes publicitaires et d'acquisition
  • Partager les retours des appels commerciaux pour affiner le ciblage

- Profil recherché

Indispensable

  • Solide expérience commerciale et sens de la négociation
  • À l'aise en rendez-vous clients
  • Vision business et esprit stratégique
  • Autonomie, rigueur et orientation résultats
  • Excellente communication orale

Bonus

  • Expérience SaaS / tech / services digitaux
  • Bonne compréhension des tunnels de conversion
  • Utilisation de CRM (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
  • FR / EN / AR
