We're launching an exciting new clothing brand in Morocco and are seeking a strong, experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship location. This role is critical in setting the standard for customer experience, team culture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team that reflects the brand's vision.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and engagement.
- Drive sales by setting clear goals, analyzing performance, and implementing action plans.
- Recruit and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and uphold brand standards.
- Build customer loyalty and community through service excellence and storytelling.
- Collaborate with head office on promotions, events, and product launches.
- Ensure financial targets, budgets, and KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in fashion retail, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in team leadership, training, and performance management.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with business acumen.
- Excellent communication in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
- Passion for fashion, people, and creating memorable store experiences.
