Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre cabinet recrute pour le compte d'un de ses clients un IT, Risk & Compliance Analyst (H/F).
Le poste consiste à accompagner l'entreprise dans la gestion et la maîtrise des risques IT, la conformité réglementaire et la gouvernance des systèmes d'information.
Vous participerez à la mise en œuvre des référentiels de conformité, à l'évaluation des risques et au suivi des plans d'actions correctifs, en collaboration avec les équipes IT, sécurité et audit interne.
Missions principales :
- Mettre en œuvre et suivre le cadre de gouvernance IT et conformité (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, RGPD, ITIL…).
- Identifier, évaluer et suivre les risques liés à la sécurité des systèmes d'information.
- Réaliser les analyses d'impact et évaluations de conformité pour les nouveaux projets IT.
- Contribuer au plan de contrôle interne et à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Participer aux audits internes et externes (sécurité, conformité, IT controls).
- Mettre à jour la documentation, les politiques et registres de conformité.
- Assurer une veille réglementaire et normative en matière de cybersécurité et protection des données.
- Sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité et de conformité.
Profil recherché :
- Formation Bac+5 en Informatique, Cybersécurité, Gouvernance SI, Audit ou Gestion des Risques.
- Expérience de 2 à 6 ans dans un poste similaire (Risk Management, IT Compliance, IT Audit, Contrôle Interne).
- Bonne maîtrise des référentiels : ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ITIL, COBIT, RGPD, NIST.
- Connaissance des concepts de cybersécurité, continuité d'activité et contrôle interne.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication écrite.
- Sens de la rigueur, esprit critique, autonomie et orientation résultat.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel indispensable.
